
Associate
Sue Allan has been an Associate with Clay International Partners since 2008. She has worked as a project manager and independent consultant in the development sector for 19+ years and formerly in the Australian education sector. Sue’s strengths lie in International Development project strategic planning, devising M&E frameworks, and in developing operational and reporting systems.
She has lived and worked in the Pacific and in South Asia and has experience as a development professional in countries including: Australia, the Philippines, the Mekong, South Asia, Haiti, DPRK, Timor Leste, and across the Pacific. Sue has degrees in Arts and Education, has studied International Development at Masters level, and holds her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.



Associate
Kiran Hutchinson has been part of the Clay Partners team since 2010. She has been involved in various aspects of community development, working and volunteering in Indonesia, Timor Leste, India and Australia for more than 15 years.
Kiran has worked in NGO and government roles focusing on strategic planning, education, health, Indigenous issues and gender equality. She has also worked with the Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation and has a long-term commitment to assist in achieving social justice outcomes for Indigenous people. Kiran is skilled at delivering culturally sensitive community engagement programs, and is committed to supporting communities in achieving their vision through self-directed sustainable development.
